Executive Facts, Data, Statistics and Motivations of VRP.
Within the present world complexity, the Post Covid era and our national veterans’ health crises, as well as the possible economic meltdown of the global economy, we, as Americans, must understand the following points and decisions – making realities as of crucial importance for the health and well-being of millions of veterans in our country.
The following listing of facts are for explanatory reasons only , in no consequential order and meant to be a brief documentation of the V R P development, rationale and importance .
☆ Our, in-detail , research has shown so far no evidence of any Rehabilitation Program for veterans in any remote similarity to our VRP, available in the USA today.
☆ Balneo medical rehabilitation programs have never been developed in the US.
☆ Balneo medical and Balneologie programs have been successfully utilized in Europe for over 150 years with France leading the way , by offering their governmental employees an annual Balneo vacation since 1948.
☆ Recent medical studies have shown in clear scientific data the eminent success of Balneological treatments of military veterans in respect to post traumatic syndrome afflictions.
☆ Our VRP has been developed and successfully employed with NATO veterans in specific Balneo Medicine centers in the EU such as Bad Sulza in Germany.
☆ Balneology treatments are quintessential in management of Post CORONA SYNDROME or “Long Covid ” as presently called in European Medicine.

☆ Starting with the understanding that such BALNEO MEDICINE centers, specialty doctors and treatments ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE US. ….it must be observed that American veterans can be receiving Balneology therapies at a fraction of costs at such EU centers in comparison to the medical costs in our country.
☆ The veterans rehabilitation program , VRP, is presently complete and fully operational in the German center of Bad Sulza and others with all considerations to veterans‘ specifics.
☆ This program has all the components needed for a complete veterans’ rehabilitation: the medical, the psychiatric, the detoxification and the anti -drug elements.
☆ Same program can be adapted and multiplied as needed in other different Euro Balneo centers .

☆ The veteran crises is the most acute, and morally pressing condition on our national level with more than 24 veterans committing suicide each day and accordantly to T 2 T Foundation , over 50 000 veterans are homeless in our country with corresponding devastating health conditions.
☆ At the end of 2023 there were over 35 000 veterans unemployed in our country (according to Governor Mike Huckabee). Only a charitable program can ensure proper health care for such veterans, especially when the necessary therapy would be Balneological in nature and therefore abroad.
☆ In midsummer of 2024 presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. declared that the present chronic diseases pandemic in the US is the highest in the world, while we are spending over 4.6 Trillion dollars of our national revenue on this unmitigated disaster. In addition to the chronic diseases pandemic , latest statistics are showing a tremendous increase in Fentanyl use over 29 % since June 2023. Both these health catastrophes are impacting our veterans population to a much higher rate than the rest of our nation and MUST constitute the ultimate level of concern to all .
☆ Presently our ABMI, the American Balneo Medicine Institute, is about to launch the single , most important program in Balneologie education available today , for the benefit of American doctors, offering a comprehensive POST GRADUATE PROGRAM IN BALNEOLOGY with recognized Certification by the EU.
☆ VA doctors involved in our veterans health care can develop their unique medical skills in treating veterans’ afflictions home in the US as well as being provided with necessary referral connections of their patients to their European colleagues.
☆ As a charitable organization, our ABMI, Inc. a 501 (c)(3) public charity, will be launching a referral program for veterans with medical afflictions and conditions but not having the financial means to travel to EU Balneo centers and pay for their therapies.
☆ Balneology-trained VA doctors will recognize the need for veterans’ referrals and be able to enter the ones in need in our referral charitable system .
☆ Balneo trained VA doctors will be able to continue home the initiated treatment for their patients at German centers and sustain the achieved health improvement also at their home centers.
☆ Based on charitable donations, ABMI will support, advise and coordinate the initiation of local veterans’ health centers, as already and successfully experimented with in Great Britain, with a Balneo trained doctor in charge ( the VHCs ). This initiative is meant to keep veterans focused on healthy practice and keep them connected to their doctors.
☆ If a nationwide establishment of our V R P can be achieved, the benefits to the American veterans’ community would be of immense importance and become a true lifesaving patriotic movement.
☆ With respect to a charitable donation for the V R P, we consider that no better cause than the health of our veterans, no more patriotic endeavor than saving a veteran life and no more urgent matter in regards to the suicide rate can be presented to a donor in America today.
☆ Furthermore, in regards to the substantially reduced cost of medical treatments in EU centers , any charitable donation will achieve the maximum of efficiency. For general medical treatments costs , in comparison USA to Germany are 4:1 and for optional procedures even 7 (8):1 with Balneo treatments not possible in the US.
IN CONCLUSION: the unique WIN-WIN SITUATION is the ultimate factor here, with the American veterans receiving the finest medical care not available at home at lowest cost available and the charitable donation going the longest possible way towards our veterans health care with THE BEST CHARITABLE VALUE AND FOR THE MOST PATRIOTIC CAUSE.
